TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Terms of Sale

1. About these Terms of Sale

1.1

These terms of sale ("Terms of Sale") apply when you use our website (the "Website") to purchase products.

By purchasing any goods that we may make available on the Website (including during limited releases or "product drops") (the "Products"), you confirm that you agree to these Terms of Sale.

These Terms of Sale should be read alongside any specific terms and conditions applicable to the Products.

2. Where to find information about us and our Products

2.1

The Website is operated in the United Kingdom by VALOR COLLECTIVE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (Company Number: [INSERT COMPANY NUMBER]).

You can find everything you need to know about us and the Products on the Website.

If you purchase Products from us, we will also confirm key information about your order in writing during the checkout process and in your order confirmation email.

3. Orders are not accepted until they are confirmed by us

Once we have accepted your order, we will send you an email confirming that we have accepted it.

Please note that your order is not confirmed until you receive confirmation from us that your order has been accepted or dispatched.

4. Prices

We determine the price payable for Products at our sole discretion.

Prices displayed on the Website may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

Please check the relevant order page before completing the checkout process to confirm the final price.

5. We can reject orders

Sometimes we may need to reject orders, which may occur before or after order confirmation.

Reasons may include:

  • A Product becoming unexpectedly out of stock

  • Inability to verify age where a Product is age-restricted

  • Delivery address being outside our shipping areas

  • A pricing or listing error on the Website

If this occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund any payment you have made in full.

6. Payment

Payment is taken at the time you complete the checkout process.

You will own the Products once full payment has been successfully received.

7. VAT

Where applicable, prices include UK Value Added Tax (VAT).

If the VAT rate changes between the date of your order and the date we supply the Product, we may adjust the VAT rate unless you have already paid in full.

8. Duties and taxes (international orders)

If Products are delivered outside the United Kingdom, you may be required to pay:

  • import duties

  • customs taxes

  • local fees

These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

You are considered the importer of record and must comply with the laws and regulations of the country where the Products are delivered.

9. Events outside our control

If our supply or delivery of a Product is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control (for example natural disasters, extreme weather, war, pandemics, or transportation disruptions), we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible.

We will take reasonable steps to minimise delays.

10. Product appearance

While we make every effort to accurately display Products on the Website, the Product (or its packaging) may differ slightly from how it appears on your device due to screen settings or manufacturing updates.

11. Your right to change your mind

11.1

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the Product.

11.2

This right does not apply to:

12. Returning Products

You must return Products within 14 days after notifying us that you wish to cancel.

Unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service and keeping proof of postage.

13. Delivery timeframes

Any delivery timeframes provided on the Website are estimates only.

Delays may occur due to factors such as:

  • material shortages

  • transportation disruption

  • import delays

  • higher-than-expected demand

14. Refused deliveries

If a delivery is refused and returned to us, we may deduct return shipping costs from your refund.

15. Delivery costs refunded

Where a refund is issued, we will refund the cost of standard delivery only.

Additional charges for premium delivery options (such as express shipping) will not be refunded.

16. International returns

For returns from outside the United Kingdom, a processing fee may be deducted from the refund to cover return handling and administrative costs.

17. Reduced refunds for used goods

If returned Products show signs of use beyond what would reasonably be expected when inspecting goods in-store, we may reduce the refund to reflect the Product's reduced value.

Examples include:

  • missing tags

  • damaged packaging

  • missing accessories

  • visible wear

18. Refund process

18.1

If the Product has not yet been delivered, refunds will be issued within 14 days of cancellation.

18.2

If the Product has been delivered, refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return shipment.

18.3

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
